Privacy Policy
This policy covers the prokure.ca website: what it collects when you visit, what it stores in your browser, and who else is involved. It does not describe how we handle client data inside the Prokure product. That is set out on our Security and compliance page.

Who we are
This site is operated by Prokure, a trading name of PROKURE TECHNOLOGIES INC., registered at 209 E 7TH AVE, BC, CANADA. For anything in this policy, write to privacy@prokure.ca.
What we collect on this site
We collect and store three things, and nothing more:
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages get read and how people arrive. Its cookies are set only after you press Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, or if you never answer, no analytics request is made at all.
- Booking details. If you book a call, the name, email address and meeting details you enter are handled by Cal.com, which runs the scheduling widget. We receive the booking that results.
- Local preferences. Your colour scheme choice and your cookie choice are kept in your browser's local storage. They are never sent to us and never leave your device.
Separately from that, this site is served by Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes the technical details of each request, including your IP address, in order to deliver pages and keep the site secure. We do not use that information to identify visitors.

Declining never blocks anything. Every page, the booking flow and the colour scheme all work exactly the same either way.
Consent and your choices
The banner offers Accept or Decline, and analytics stay off until you choose Accept. To change your mind later, clear this site's cookies and local storage in your browser, which brings the banner back, or write to privacy@prokure.ca.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we read it as a decline. Analytics never load and you are not shown the banner at all.
Third parties
Google provides the analytics described above, and that data may be processed outside Canada. This applies to website analytics only and has no bearing on where client data in the Prokure product is held.
Cal.com provides the scheduling widget and handles the details you enter when booking a call.
Cloudflare hosts and serves this site, and handles the request details described above.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the providers named here.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25, you may ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent at any time, and complain to us or to the relevant privacy commissioner. Send any request to privacy@prokure.ca and we will respond within the timeframe the law sets.
Updates to this policy
We may revise this policy as the site changes. The date at the top always reflects the most recent revision.
